Eric Catalano
Executive Director & Head Coach
Eric Catalano is the head coach and executive director of Saratoga Rowing Association. He began coaching for Burnt Hills Rowing Association in 1993 while attending Union College. Since then, Catalano has worked with the USRowing Junior Women's Development Program, Radcliffe novice lightweights, Saratoga Rowing Association, and newly formed ARION program. From a town of less than 30,000 residents, Saratoga Rowing Association functions without school support and attracts a junior program of 200 athletes spanning seventh to 12th grades. Saratoga Rowing Association counts among its successes numerous Division I and Ivy League recruits, regular medals at SRAA, CSSRA, Head of the Charles, and USRowing Youth National Championships. Hosting the Head of the Fish, Tail of the Fish, SchuylerSkiff, Saratoga Invitational and NY State Championships, Saratoga Rowing is also among the country’s leaders in regatta hosting.
Kristi Wagner
Regatta Director
Kristi Wagner has been a long time member of Saratoga Rowing and the ARION program. In 2021, she raced at the Tokyo Olympic games in the W2x with Dr. Gevvie Stone. Very familiar with Saratoga and Fish Creek, she is excited to bring her experience on the water and at the regattas of Saratoga to this role.
