Onsite Parking for Teams, & Buses

Dropping Off and Picking Up Your Athlete

You can only drop off your athlete in the drop-off/ pick-up zone, which will be clearly marked with signs and a tent. There is no stopping or slowing out of the drop off zone. Pick-up occurs in the same zone. If you arrive to pick-up an athlete and the athlete is not yet at the pick-up zone you will need to do a lap of the loop.

You can also consider dropping off before crossing bridge (from Northway exit 14) and athletes can take 10 minute walk over the bridge. Or if you drop off at Stewart’s, please consider making purchases to support the local businesses. Note: cars left unattended at Stewarts will be towed.

Parking On Site

All parking on site will require a parking pass. Registration for parking passes will be sent out prior to the regatta. Teams wI'll receive a parking pass for their tow vehicle when they register a trailer. They will also receive two passes with their food tent registration. Teams may purchase two additional parking passes for coaches/volunteers.

Car Toppers

Car Toppers will be allowed to park at the regatta site. The way you will be allowed in is with a single on top of your car. Please register for a parking pass if you plan to car top.

Parking Passes

Any parking on the regatta site will require a parking pass, this includes tow vehicles (a tow vehicle parking pass will come with a trailer registration.)

Teams may purchase 2 parking passes for coaches/volunteers to park onsite at Lee's Campground. All teams will be sent an email link to register for these passes. *these are additional passes outside of any trailer/food tent passes purchased.

Buses

Buses will park AND unload in the bus lot INSIDE the venue. All Pedestrians follow foot traffic signs to get to buses and parking thru venue area and stay off roadways as much as possible to help us keep car and bus traffic flowing efficiently. Coaches please remind athletes to PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO CROSSING GUARDS. They are working with the sheriffs to keep vehicle traffic AND pedestrian traffic flowing safely and smoothly at all times.

Pickup is the same scenario for traffic pattern. Please note, the drop-off/ pick-up for the shuttle buses will be in a different location than team bus drop-off/ pick-up and parking.

Buses will be permitted to enter Lee's Park. Buses need to purchase a bus pass prior to the regatta.

Perspective

Please be kind to SRA parking volunteers, they do not have an easy job and all of them are either rowers or have family members that row. Everyone is trying to make it safe and smooth for all!

Offsite Parking at Saratoga Casino

Offsite Parking- New York State Scholastic Championships and Head of the Fish ONLY!

Off-site parking is available at the Saratoga Casino, which is free. Shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 7 AM to 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a $5 fee (cash only) for riding the shuttle. This link will take you from the regatta site to parking at the Casino.
